Five key points to choose a high-brightness display

     The demand for high-brightness displays is becoming more and more intense, and more and more terminal products are using high-brightness displays. 1. Brightness. Generally, a good high-brightness screen has high brightness, but it is soft and not dazzling. It is not equivalent to the illumination of the backlight. The brightness value is a color cycle value, which is related to the color saturation, contrast, and backlight illumination of the screen. Therefore, a very bright screen does not necessarily reach the brightness value we require,

because the human eye sees illumination, which is affected by factors such as the environment and the size of the space. Brightness is measured by instruments.

2. Professionalism. A high-quality high-brightness display screen not only has a good light source, but also the choice of lamp beads is very important. If the packaging process is not good, the effect will not be good.

If the light source is good, the LED heat dissipation process is not good, the light guide process is not good, and if the light guide process is good, the light effect will not be good. Therefore, when choosing a good high-brightness LCD screen manufacturer, you must pay attention to whether the manufacturer is professional.

3. Temperature. What needs to be mentioned here is the temperature. The products produced by good high-brightness display manufacturers have low power and low heat generation. The core is the packaging process of LED backlight and the application of light efficiency.

If the process is not up to standard, the light efficiency cannot be improved, and the high-brightness screen may generate more heat. At the same time, heat dissipation technology is also needed to reduce the temperature of the backlight and ensure the normal use of the LED backlight. However, this only solves the problem of backlight, and does not solve the problem of high temperature of LCD glass.

It should be considered that the high-brightness screen ,is only a semi-finished product, and it is a source of heat when used outdoors.

Therefore, some companies on the market add aluminum profiles to the back cover of high-brightness display screens (dissipating heat through heat conduction in different directions), but the standard is not original. In other words, the most important thing for a good high-brightness screen is the backlight technology, not the heat dissipation of the external structure.

Good backlight technology can achieve the required color temperature range, high color saturation, high contrast, high uniformity, high-brightness LCD screen is not dazzling, and control the impact of the heat emitted by the LED backlight on the LCD glass.

The most important point is that the higher the temperature, the faster the light decay of the LED backlight and the shorter the service life.

4. Backlight uniformity. The uniformity of high-brightness display screens from general high-brightness display screen manufacturers may only reach 65%-75%, while the uniformity of better manufacturers can reach 75%-85%, and the dot-type can reach more than 90%-95%. Of course, the prices of good high-brightness display screens are also different.
